Our chosen name ‘Yomala’ pays homage to a Sanskrit term Yāmala (यामल) that describes the energy available when consciousness and capacity for action combine. In our 200hour foundation we aim to do just that, educate and empower in equal measure!

In this 50 hour practical exploration we will develop an understanding of how to effectively assess and assist postures, whilst also exploring refining a personal asana practice.
